- If something goes wrong with your order, always contact us first: we are more than willing to find a solution that fits both our needs.
- No refunds if you simply don't like it.
- However, if a product arrives damaged, (pictures provided) we can either offer a refund or offer to resend the same product.
- We offer a refund after 42 days of no arrival.
