- If something goes wrong with your order, always contact us first: we are more than willing to find a solution that fits both our needs.
- No refunds if you simple dont like it.
- However if a product arrives damaged,(pictures provided) we can either offer a refund or offer to resend the same product.

- U.K. Residents: 3-4 days from being posted. But can be up to 2 weeks depending on your post office.
- International Residents: Usually 1-2 weeks, can go up to 3-4 weeks depending on your local mail service (Based on Royal Mail Estimates).
